COURSES & WORKSHOPS

MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH & WELLBEING 8-WEEK COURSE

The 8-week course will give you all the tools you need to integrate mindfulness into your everyday life and develop a daily meditation practice. Includes seminars, meditation tuition, guided audio and mindfulness exercises. For more info click here

PRIVATE GROUPS & 1-1 COACHING

Get together with a group of like-minded friends and have classes in your private home. For a personally tailored learning  experience I also offer one-to-one tuition. Also available as online classes.

MINDFULNESS IN THE WOODS

Highgate Woods is a stunning green space a short tube ride from the centre of London. The Woods have been my go-to place for nature connection over the past few years. I am now really keen to offer some mindfulness classes in this special place. Dates TBC!

 

ABOUT ME

Hi, I'm Josh. I came to mindfulness in my twenties at a challenging time and found that it gave me a new sense of calm and positivity. As my interest grew I attended meditation courses, joined a Buddhist study group and helped facilitate mindfulness classes and residential retreats. In 2018, I completed the Zenways 100hr Mindfulness and Meditation For Health & Wellbeing Teacher Training taught by Zen Master Daizan Skinner. 

I have since delivered mindfulness sessions at London South Bank University, Paramount Pictures, WeWork, Arup, and in my local community. My aim is to bring the simple practice of meditation to the workplace and beyond and to help people find peace and clarity in their everyday lives.

I am based in North London and also work as a musician and music teacher.
