MINDFULNESS FOR HEALTH & WELLBEING: 8-WEEK COURSE
The 8-week course is the gold standard format for mindfulness education and will give you all the tools you need to integrate mindfulness into your life. The course will teach you how to use mindfulness to cope with stress, let go of unhelpful thought patterns and develop a daily meditation practice. Find out more
PRIVATE GROUPS & 1-1 COACHING
Get together with a group of like-minded friends and have classes together. For a personally tailored learning experience I also offer one-to-one tuition.
MONTHLY MINDFULNESS DROP-IN CLASS

Hi, I'm Josh. I came to mindfulness in my twenties at a challenging time and found that it gave me a new sense of calm and positivity. As my interest grew I attended meditation courses, joined a Buddhist study group and helped facilitate mindfulness classes and residential retreats. In 2018, I completed the Zenways 100hr Mindfulness and Meditation For Health & Wellbeing Teacher Training taught by Zen Master Daizan Skinner.
I have since delivered mindfulness classes at London South Bank University, Paramount Pictures, WeWork, Arup, and in my local community. My aim is to bring the simple practice of meditation to the workplace and beyond, and to help people find peace and clarity in their everyday lives.

I wanted to thank you for a great course. I did not really have any expectations from mindfulness practice but it has been very helpful to deal with stress as well as have a more positive outlook towards life. Your approach to teaching is also a stress-reducer – walking into class and hearing your calm, reflective presentation was enough to put me in the right frame of mind!

I found Josh's Mindfulness course very helpful for dealing with stress/anxiety. We practised a variety of meditation techniques which I intend to continue. The emailed audio meditations and informative handouts were also very good.
